Town of Wright Planning Board: Notice of Public Hearing

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on March 20th at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall in Gallupville to hear comments related to a proposed site plan for a public park to be developed by the Gallupville House Association, located in the Hamlet of Gallupville, on a parcel of land immediately adjacent to the Gallupville House, 913 State Route 443. The proposal is being reviewed by the Planning Board pursuant to the Town’s Site Plan Law. 

The proposal includes natural playground equipment, a picnic pavilion, an amphitheater, and 18-spot parking lot, with grading and drainage, retaining wall, landscaping, NYS DOT designed driveway and other site improvements to support the park. The project will have three phases including creation of the parking lot, then the playground, and then the amphitheater.
